**24-Hour Cancellation and Reschedule Policy**


To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our customers, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Please review our policy below:

- If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

**Rescheduling Policy:**  
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- You will be required to place a new deposit for any future rescheduled appointments.
